Place an order for a single item by clicking the Add button. (Note: For wearables click the size you wish to order to place the item in your shopping basket.) For multiples of the same item, highlight the quantity, type the number you would like, then click the Add button. For a preview of your order, click Check Basket When you're finished adding products click Buy Goods to submit.
When your check or money order arrives, we will ship your order. Once your form
is complete, please print a copy for your records and mail a copy along with your check
or money order (US Funds Only) payable to LABMED to:

At this time, we are not able to accept your credit card
number securely on-line. To place a credit card order, fill out the order form to
process your order. Then call 972-208-2470 between the hours of 8AM - 8PM CST to
supply your card number information.
We have added a PayPal link to the checkout page. Just click on the PayPal logo, you will be taken to their site to enter your payment information and will be returned to the checkout page to submit your order. Please remember to send your order to LABMED after entering your payment information by clicking the "Send Order" at the bottom of the Buy Goods page.
