1/2 cup           vinegar 
4 packages        unflavored gelatin      
1 teaspoon        peppermint extract      

1. Bring vinegar to a boil.  Add gelatin, reduce heat to low. Stir until gelatin dissolves.  Add flavoring.

2. To use, brush the back of "sticker" and let dry.  Great for rainy day lickin' and stickin'.
