Our first LABMED quilt was such a success that we've decided to do it again! We raised over $6,000 to help Labradors in need of a second chance. The idea is simple. Collectively we will create a quilt that will then be raffled off. The masterpiece will be "shown" on-line and with luck, at some specialties. We will also have a "People's Choice" contest for the favorite block created. Our first quilt will be part of a display at the AKC Museum of the Dog in St. Louis, Missouri this fall (thank you Ellison Armfield, winner of the quilt, for generously allowing the quilt to be displayed).

How Can I Participate?

Deadline for buying tickets through our web site is October 10, 2001. After October 10, tickets will be available through personal sales from Board Members or at the LABMED booth at the National only. The quilt will be raffled off at the National Specialty in Valparaiso, IN on October 19, 2001. You don't have to be present to win.
