Success StoriesEllie Mae, February, 2000
When LABMED was contacted, Ellie Mae was already getting better, still congested and with a runny nose, but definitely on the mend. LABMED decided to fund Ellie Mae's treatment. She had to stay at the vet's for a few more days, then went home to her rescuers who will foster her until she can find a suitable home. The rescuer told LABMED they think Ellie Mae is a special girl and that her new home will have to meet pretty strict guidelines before they can adopt her. Ellie Mae is well mannered, loves children, other dogs and even cats. |
