Heidi4 is the April Buddy Arnold Memorial Fund Dog
Heidi was just two years old when her owner took her to a shelter and requested she be put to sleep due to a knee injury. The shelter employees asked the owner if they could place her with a local rescue group instead. The owner agreed, and Heidi was spared. The rescue group found that Heidi needed to have her anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) repaired, and applied to LABMED for assistance. With her knee repaired, Heidi was ready to find a forever home.
