Maddie5 is the September Buddy Arnold Memorial Fund Dog
This sweet chocolate girl, just eight months old, was turned in by her owners, who no longer had time for her. In addition, she had been hit by a car a month before, and had lost use of her front leg. Her rescuer applied to LABMED and other organizations for assistance, and together we funded surgery to remove Maddie's injured leg. Like many dogs, she recovered quickly from the surgery and got around just fine on three legs. She soon found a forever home with a chocolate big brother!
