Success StoriesTayla, November 2004
Tayla, a 3 yr. old yellow female lab, was found wandering the local streets and brought in to the local animal shelter in Aug. 04. She had what appeared to be a bad vaginal discharge, possibly indicating pyometra. When Tayla went in for surgery, it was discovered she had already been spayed . . . thus she did not have pyometra. Urine cultures showed Tayla had a nasty bacterial bladder infection. She responded well to medications, which lead to her recovery. Tayla was eventually adopted by her foster mom.
